We’re searching for a motivated, experienced individual who is eager to bring their skills and expertise to Hancock. Here’s what we need from you:
- Experience: You have 2 years of experience in testing browser-based software applications with a proven track record of success in drafting manual test cases and executing manual test cases.
- Skills:
- 4+ years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training.
- Experience in automation testing.
- Expertise in automation frameworks like Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, or similar.
- Strong programming skills in languages like C++, Java, or similar.
- Deep understanding of CI/CD pipelines and cloud-based testing environments.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- An ability to adapt to and drive change in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience in continuous improvement initiatives, root cause analysis
- Problem-Solving Skills: You have the ability to approach challenges with a strategic mindset and find innovative solutions.
- Additional Requirements: You thrive in a fast-paced environment, are comfortable managing multiple tasks, and have a keen attention to detail.
- Develop a comprehensive automation strategy for web and service applications.
- Designing and managing scalable and robust automation frameworks for functional, performance, and regression testing.
- Mentoring and coaching a team of engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Defining and tracking KPIs for automation and ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Diagnose test failures to report bugs and improvements to Development
