What You'll Do:
- Own key parts of month-end close and GL reconciliation
- Support audits, tax filings, and compliance work
- Prepare financial reports and provide analytical insights
- Contribute to cash flow, payroll, AP/AR, and forecasting
- Identify ways to streamline and improve accounting processes
- Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance (CPA or CPA track preferred)
- 3–5 years' experience, ideally in multi-entity or corporate environments
- Strong GAAP knowledge, and Excel savvy (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis)
- Great Plains, QuickBooks, or other ERP systems
- Organized, proactive, and team-oriented mindset
