What You’ll Do:
- Lead corporate tax strategy, compliance, and planning
- Oversee all accounting functions: GL, reporting, payroll, and controls
- Guide tax planning for M&A, entity structuring, and business initiatives
- Strengthen internal controls and audit readiness
- Build and mentor a high-performing accounting team
- Partner with senior executives to align financial strategy with growth
- CPA required | Master’s in Tax or MBA preferred (minimum of Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance)
- 10+ years in accounting/tax, with 5+ in leadership
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and multi-entity, multi-state operations
- Insurance or field services industry experience a plus
- Systems savvy (Great Plains, QuickBooks, Excel, etc.)
