What You’ll Do:

Lead corporate tax strategy, compliance, and planning
Oversee all accounting functions: GL, reporting, payroll, and controls
Guide tax planning for M&A, entity structuring, and business initiatives
Strengthen internal controls and audit readiness
Build and mentor a high-performing accounting team
Partner with senior executives to align financial strategy with growth

What You Bring:

CPA required | Master’s in Tax or MBA preferred (minimum of Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance)
10+ years in accounting/tax, with 5+ in leadership
Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and multi-entity, multi-state operations
Insurance or field services industry experience a plus
Systems savvy (Great Plains, QuickBooks, Excel, etc.)
