Position Purpose:
Assists with management of accounting, auditing and budgeting within the organization. Assists with the preparations for audits. Works to reconcile accounting inaccuracies or imbalances. Ensures compliance with and prepares reports.

Position Purpose:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Monthly internal and external reporting. External reporting working with various groups.
- Month End Closing
- Budgeting and Forecasting
- Year End Audits
- Other tasks and projects as needed to support companies overall function
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration or related discipline from an accredited institution
- Five or more years of professional accounting experience, preferably a combination of public and industry
- Microsoft Dynamics GP/Great Plains experience
- Private Equity experience
- Systems Implementation experience
- Microsoft Excel
- Results oriented team building
- Able to work in a dynamic environment
- Organized
- Full-Time, Exempt position
- Management candidates should anticipate being available as needed, regardless of the day/time.
- Schedule may change according to business operational needs
- Work is performed in hybrid model split between time in office and remotely
- Work is performed indoors in a typical office environment, or, work is normally performed indoors in a typical office environment but may occasionally be required to perform work outdoors.
- Possibility of travel to locations outside of the office environment
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift 10-50 pounds at times.
- Hand-eye coordination, arm, hand, and finger dexterity including ability to grasp and operate equipment.
- Visual acuity to use a keyboard, operate equipment, and read technical information.
